Dan Viet’s reporters, who registered to attend a foreign language training course with the 70 percent discount rate, said they could not imagine that the class would be so crowded with 30 learners.

When learners asked why they still could not study with foreign teachers as advertised, they were told that the foreign teacher had to urgently leave Vietnam for the home country.
