VietNamNet Bridge - A father took his Down-syndrome son to a bench on the Hoan Kiem lakeshore and fed him an ice-cream.

The picture, taken by Pham Anh Tuan, captures the wonderful moment of a father’s love for his disabled son, who looks very small in a baggy T-shirt. 

After finishing the ice-cream, the father and son went to a bus stop to return home.

The pictures reveal that happiness is everywhere and can be found in simple ways.
