VietNamNet Bridge - The latest albums of Tung Duong, Dam Vinh Hung and Nguyen Vu won the highest prize - Golden Album - in the fourth season of the Golden Album contest.

The final gala of the Golden Album competition took place at HCM City’s, Nguyen Du Sports House, on the evening of June 13. It was aired live on HCM City Television (HTV).

The 4th Golden Album gala reviewed the best albums of the month, which were released from June 2010, to the end of May 2011. The Golden Album award went to: Tung Duong’s Li Ti (Tiny”, Dam Vinh Hung’s “Unforgettable Songs” and Nguyen Vu’s “Nguyen Vu Special”.

The organizers also granted Most Impressive Album of the Year prize to Ha Anh Tuan's Acous 84 and Le Cat Trong Ly's Le Cat Trong Ly albums.

The prize for Best Mixed Album was given to “Memories of I and You” by the four-member boy band V-Music.

The use of 3D technology brought pop singer Thanh Thao's “The Prince in Dream” a prize for the album having impressive designs.

The top albums of the year include, albums by Mai Khoi, Thanh Thao, Quang Ha, Bao Thy, Duong Trieu Vu, Thu Minh, Dong Nhi, Wanbi Tuan Anh, Nathan Lee and Nguyen Ngoc Anh.

The Most Favorite Album prize was presented to Cao Thai Son’s “Rainbow after Rain” and Thuy Tien “You Forgot”.

Singer Thu Minh won the title “Best Performer”.

This year's Golden Album attracted 230 albums by Vietnamese singers.

The judges selected 55 best albums to present 11 live concerts over the last year.
