Within several hours on June 5, traffic police officers at the Tran Vy-Ho Tung Mau intersection in Cau Giay District detected and imposed fines on dozens of cases. Some motorbikes carried items that were over 10 meters long.

According to the Hanoi traffic police agency, more than 1,000 cases have been fined in the past five months.
