She will next play No 6 Cai Yanyan of China.

Other quarters will see an all-Indonesia match Gregoria Mariska Tunjung vs Oktavia; No 10 Chananchida Jucharoen of Thailand vs No 4 Goh Jin Wwi of Malaysia; and No 5 Han Yue from China vs her fellow countrywoman Zhou Meng.
