Thuy Linh among Top 10 of Miss World’s Beauty with a Purpose segment

Luong Thuy Linh, Vietnam’s representative at Miss World 2019, has been named among the Top 10 finalists in the Beauty with a Purpose segment at the ongoing pageant in London, the UK.

The Vietnamese entrant clinches a spot in the Top 10 of the Beauty with a Purpose segment at the ongoing Miss World 2019 pageant.

The achievement is in recognition of her charity project which helps to improve the lives of local people in Lung Liu and Lung La hamlets of Dan Chu commune in Hoa An district, Cao Bang province.

Elsewhere among the Top 10 of this year’s Beauty with a Purpose segment are the representatives from Nigeria, Tunisia, Venezuela, France, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Mongolia, and Nepal.

The beauty has been lauded for her charity work, which includes her helping to carry materials in which to build roads for residents located in a mountainous area of Cao Bang province.

During the introduction video of her charity project, Linh displays sincere gratitude to the benefactors who have helped her to complete the project and have made a great contribution to develop the community.

Earlier in the pageant Thuy Linh had secured a Top 10 spot in the Top Model segment.

Linh stands at 1.77 metres tall and has measurements of 89-68-92. The Vietnamese beauty is expected to achieve a positive result whilst representing the nation at this year’s global pageant, which is scheduled to close on December 14.
