On a large site for small ads, one member offered ten pairs of tickets at the prices from VND2 to VND10 million ($100-$500). Others only advertised for sale at VND2-VND5 million ($100-$250)/pair.

Specifically, tickets with the face value of VND1.5 million are offered at VND2.5 million to VND3.5 million/ticket; VND2-VND3 million for tickets with the face value of VND1 million; VND1.2-1.7 for tickets with the face value of VND700,000 and VND1.2 to VND1.5 million for tickets with  the face value of VND400,000.

Similar ads have also appeared on other websites, with the offered prices doubling the original value.

In the areas around the My Dinh and Hang Day stadiums in Hanoi, the black market was also bustling this morning, July 5. The tickets with the original prices of VND700,000-VND1 million were sold very well.

Some travel firms in Hanoi have quickly joined this lucrative business. A company based on Nguyen Van Cu Road, Long Bien District, Hanoi has launched a football tours for clients in southern provinces with the price of VND7.7 million/visitor ($350).

The organizers will issue 36,390 tickets, including 12,000 tickets with the face value of VND400,000 ($20), 7,000 tickets of VND700,000 ($35), 11,000 tickets of VND1 million ($50) and 6,000 tickets of 1.5 million ($70).

The tickets will be sold through three channels: 1) Through official dispatches of organizations (9,000 tickets) on June 26, 27 and tickets will be delivered at the VFF headquarters on June 5.7. 2) Selling tickets at My Dinh stadium (10,000-15,000 tickets) on the morning of July 7. 3) Selling tickets through number 1080. The revenue from tickets is estimated at nearly VND30 billion ($1.5 million).
