This information was announced by Gerhard Parzutka von Lipinski, president of the Miss and Mister Supranational Organization, during a signing ceremony held on October 31 in Ho Chi Minh City between TNA Entertainment and the organisation board of the two global pageants.

“I am excited to award the rights of Miss and Mister Supranational to TNA Entertainment and I know that our brands are in good hands with Truong Ngoc Anh,” von Lipinski said.

“It’s is with great excitement that I accept this honor and I can’t wait to take the Miss and Mister Supranational brands to new heights in Vietnam,” replied Anh.

Miss Supranational is an annual international female beauty pageant which started in 2009, with most contests taking place in Poland. In addition, a parallel male contest known as Mister Supranational was subsequently launched in 2016, also in Poland.

The current organisers of Miss and Mister Supranational are World Beauty Association S.A and Nowa Scena.

Miss Supranational is widely considered to be one of the five largest and most prestigious beauty contests in the world, according to global famous beauty website Global Beauties. The current pageant title holder is Andrea Aguilera of Ecuador.

Vietnam began sending representatives to Miss Supranational from 2009 and has had some outstanding achievements from the likes of Daniela Nguyen Thu May, third runner-up in 2011, Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen, second runner-up in 2022, and Dang Thanh Ngan, fourth runner-up in 2023.

Mister Supranational has become one of the largest male beauty pageants in the world, with Vietnamese contestants winning prizes such as Tran Manh Khang, a Top 20 finisher in 2019, and Bui Xuan Dat (Dat Kyo), a Top 10 finisher in 2022.
