According to booking.com, UNESCO-recognsied world cultural heritage Hoi An Ancient City in central Quang Nam province topped the list.
It was followed by Phong Nha, Ninh Binh, Cao Bang, Phu Quoc, Ha Giang, Ha Long, Da Lat, Tuy Hoa, and Nha Trang.
According to Varun Grover, country head of Vietnam at Booking.com, the Traveller Review Awards aims to acknowledge and appreciate its partners who have gone above and beyond in order to create exceptional experiences for guests and to play a critical role in its mission of making it easier for everyone to experience the world.
Vietnam boasts 11,362 accommodation partners this year which are being recognised for their excellent service and hospitality with the Traveller Review Award 2024. They received over 1,244,000 reviews with an average review score of 8.9.
At the Traveller Review Award 2024, Hanoi led the way by becoming the city with the most awarded properties in Vietnam, followed by Ho Chi Minh City and Da Lat.
Meanwhile, hotels proved to be the most welcoming property type in the country, followed by apartments and homestays.
