The beauty of the contestants will make for a thrilling final round of the national and world-famous event this year. They will continue to participate in different sub-contests before officially entering the final night scheduled to take place on July 22.
Director of Bình Định Province's Department of Culture and Sports Tạ Xuân Chánh emphasised that the contest was very "meaningful" in promoting the image of Bình Định homeland and people, contributing to boosting tourism development.
Speaking at a launching ceremony on Monday, the provincial cultural and sport official said the province was committed to creating all favourable conditions for the contest to take place successfully.
The organising board also announced a series of activities to take place at the event including the Sports Beauty Contest, the Vietnam Beauty Fashion Fest, Beach Beauty, Calling in Love and the Final Night to be held at Merryland Quy Nhơn to increase the attractiveness of the final round.
Among the top 40 beauties competing at this round, 16 who have won the title have participated in a series of social and charity activities such as Nữ Chiến Binh Hồng (Pink Warrior), Nụ Cười Cho Em (Smile for You), Phiên Chợ Tử Tế (Kind Matket Fair) and Tiếp Lửa Yêu Thương (Love Fire) attracting great attention and strong support from the audience and the public.
The event's Head To Head Challenge round has impressed public due to its format reforms recognised to be closer to the international version. The audience had opportunities to understand more about the contestants through stories about their life and journey to the contest this year.

The contest was held for the first time in 2019, to find a Vietnamese representative for the Miss World beauty pageant. Women aged 18 to 27 who are at least 1.65m tall and have had no cosmetic surgery are eligible to enter the contest. Participation is limited to unmarried women who have never given birth.
The previous Miss World Việt Nam 2022 contest was also held in Bình Định's Quy Nhơn. Huỳnh Nguyễn Mai Phương, a student from Đồng Nai Province was crowned winner after beating 36 contestants in the pageant finale.
The stunning 23-year-old had an undergraduate degree in Business English from Đồng Nai University and was pursuing a master's degree in English from HCM City's University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
Lê Nguyễn Bảo Ngọc, 21, from Cần Thơ, a student at the International Faculty of Việt Nam National University in HCM City was the first runner-up.
The second runner-up was Thanh Hóa native Nguyễn Phương Nhi, aged 20. VNS
