In December, the weather is dry, cold and sunny, prompting many kinds of flowers to bloom in Moc Chau such as wild sunflowers, white mustard flowers, orange flowers and especially plum flowers.
In addition to Na Ka, Mu Nau valley is a top place to see early plum blossoms. Mu Nau valley is about 4 km from Moc Chau town center, only accessible by motorbike and bicycle because of the small road and steep terrain. The trails in the valley are favorite check-in points for many visitors.
Pa Phach village of H'Mong people in Dong Sang commune, Moc Chau district, is another site to admire plum flowers. It is located on Highway 6, about 5km from the junction of Moc Chau town.
Most plum gardens in Moc Chau are owned by local people, and the entrance fee is about 20,000 VND per person and there is no time limit.
The most suitable time of day to visit plum gardens is in the morning from 9am or in the early afternoon.
