The programme, held every Monday and Friday at 10.30 am will last 90 minutes. Each tour will serve a maximum of 250 visitors for a cost of 400,000 VND each.
During the tour, visitors can learn about the history of the more than 100 years-old building, one of Hanoi’s architectural landmarks, and enjoy a 30-minute performance of Vietnamese traditional art.
The programme is part of a scheme initiated by the Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism to turn the Opera House into a central destination, linking August Revolution Square, Co Tan Park and the Museum of National History, as well as other historical buildings and the green space around HoanKiem Lake.
