Pham Anh Quyen, a local photographer, one of the first visitors to discover the "infinite sea," shared with VietNamNet that this location is in Vinh Quang commune, Tien Lang district, Hai Phong city. This is essentially a sandbank area at the river's mouth flowing into the sea.

"After exploring the infinite sea in Thai Binh, I spent time searching on Google Maps for similar spots in Hai Phong. A week ago, I discovered this area, visited it, and was very impressed, so I decided to take photos and share them online to introduce it to everyone," Quyen said.

According to the 33-year-old photographer, the ideal time to visit the "infinite sea" is from around 4-6am. At this time, the water level is ankle-deep, making the sandbank look like a giant mirror reflecting the sky and surroundings.

The route to the "infinite sea" is mostly asphalt, with some concrete sections, making it relatively easy to travel. However, the road is narrow, only wide enough for one car lane, with dense trees on both sides, making motorbikes the best choice for travel.

After seeing the pictures of the "infinite sea" on social media, Nguyen Manh Hung (from Hai Phong) and his cycling enthusiast friends decided to wake up at 3:30am, start from the city center, and head straight to Duong Ao ferry (connecting Kien Thuy district and Tien Lang district), taking about an hour.

The group continued cycling to the "infinite sea" and arrived at 5:10am, just in time to catch the beautiful sunrise over the sea.

Hung noted that the route to the "infinite sea" in Hai Phong is more convenient than the one in Thai Binh, although both places offer vast and magnificent natural scenery.

"From the dyke to the sandbank area where you can take photos, visitors only need to travel about 400 meters. It's fascinating that we don't have to go too far to enjoy the spectacular visual effects created by the sky and sea," he expressed.

For the best experience and stunning sunrise photos at the "infinite sea," visitors should check the tide schedule and avoid visiting in the afternoon or on days when the tide recedes in the morning. The optimal time for photography and sunrise viewing is around 5am when the weather is cool and the light is soft enough for perfect "Instagrammable" shots.

Visitors should bring mud-walking socks to avoid stepping on clams, mussels, and shells on the sandbank, as this area is within a clam farming zone of Vinh Quang commune.

While visiting the "infinite sea," tourists can also explore other attractions in Tien Lang district, such as Tien Lang hot springs, the ancestral site of Nguyen Binh Khiem, the Vinh Quang pine forest eco-tourism area, Cuu Doi communal house, Gam temple, and Ha Doi temple.

Additionally, visitors should not miss trying local delicacies or buying specialties like Chan Hung duck eggs, tobacco, crab paste, Doi market sausage, and rươi as gifts for loved ones.
