The music campaign Tuborg OPEN comes to Viet Nam with singer Toc Tien (middle) as a featured collaborator.

Begun in 2017, the campaign brings together a group of incredible musicians from all over the world to create something truly special -- a song with one global message but a story told in different ways, with collaborating artists using their own language to create unique lyrics to reflect diverse cultures.

This year, the compaign welcomes American superproducer and DJ Diplo, back together again with his long-term collaborator, the Danish rising star MØ. Their duo’s creative collaboration resulted in the track “Stay Open”.

The music campaign, which carries the message “Open for Fun” in Viet Nam, features a special collaboration between the global pair Diplo and MØ, with Vietnamese artist Toc Tien.

Toc Tien is a  local young talent whose image is well-known as being creative and trend-setting.

Since starting her singing career as a teenager, Toc Tienhas challenged her boundaries by experimenting with different musical as well as personal styles.

“The campaign enables artists like me to explore new forms of creativity through collaboration with other talented artists from all over the world so that, together, we can inspire a generation to be ‘open for fun’," she said.

Tien is now working hard with her team on the lyrics and sound mix to demonstrate the dynamic Vietnamese character and, at the same time, maintain the sentiment of the global track “Stay Open”.

The Vietnamese track featuring Tien is expected to be released in October.— VNS
