A festival was held at Tuy Loan communal house on February 25 (or the 10th day of the first lunar month) in central Danang city’s Hoa Vang district, attracting thousands of local people and tourists.

A jury member awards points for each Banh Trang. Making the rice paper is a traditional career of Tuy Loan Village, it has become known as one of the special delicacies of the village.
