Co-organised by the Saigon Tourist Cable Television Limited Company (SCTV) and the Vietnam Television Corporation's NetViet television channel, the series is broadcast daily (excluding Sundays) from April 1 at 19:50 on SCTV and 12:00 on NetViet.

Each episode lasts 12 minutes and has three main parts, including Vietnam’s tourist attractions, tangible and intangible cultural heritages, superb cuisine, as well as the country’s long-standing traditions.

‘Tour de Vietnam’ also provides viewers with useful tips as well as tourism promotion programmes for visiting Vietnam.

As SCTV is one of the major cable television providers in Vietnam with extensive nationwide coverage while NetViet boasts satellite coverage across Asia, Europe, Australia and North America, ‘Tour de Vietnam’ is expected to provide information on Vietnam’s tourism for more than 50 million TV subscribers around the world.

It is also designed to connect tourism service providers with customers, contributing to attracting more visitors to Vietnam and raising the tourism sector’s role in the country’s economic growth.
