VietNamNet Bridge – The Viet An Development Investment and International Commercial JSC, known as Viet Home Shopping, has been fined VND134 million (US$6,500) by HCM City's People's Committee for business violations.

The company operated without food safety certificates and imported food and domestic appliances with fake labels or labels lacking the specifications required.

In June, the municipal People's Committee fined TV company Happy Shopping VND451 million ($21,900) for importing and selling fake goods.
