She later bumps into Frank and he hits on her and she goes out with him. She's intrigued by both of them. When they learn that they're dating the same girl, they agree to let her choose. But both can't help but use their skills to keep tabs on her and each other. And also sabotage each others dates with her.

4. Dream of Getting Rich

This is a comedic movie of Vietnam. Directed by senior actor Cong Hau, the movie tells daily stories of a rural area, where the lifestyle is affected by money and urbanization. However, it is said to be a “tragedy” for its trivial comedic style.

5. Pearls of The Far East



Release date: March 8
“Pearls of The Far East” is a set of seven love stories by seven women of different ages, who have different lifestyles and different dreams. These are stories about love and being loved, expectation and disappointment, the pureness of love and sexual passion, the childhood and the growth of each character. The movie was shot in 2010 but it has not been screened in Vietnam.

The production stars Vietnamese leading actresses, including People’s Artist Nhu Quynh, Ngo Thanh Van, Truong Ngoc Anh, Hong Anh, Diem My, Kieu Trinh and Kieu Chinh. Most of actors in the films are overseas Vietnamese: Richie Kul, Le Thai Hoa, Leon Quang Le, Kris Duangphung, etc. The movies were filmed in Sapa, Da Lat, Phan Thiet, Mui Ne, Hoi An, HCM City and Canada.

This work won the “Best Cinematography” and “Best Music” at the California Independent Film Festival (CIFF) 2012 in the USA.

The story begins…

12. The Hunger Games
