VietNamNet Bridge – For the first time guitarists of all ages will perform together in a special show to celebrate the 30th anniversary of HCM City-based Phu Nhuan Classic Guitar Club this weekend.

 

 

 

The show will feature big names in Vietnam like Duong Kim Dung, Tran Hoai Phuong, Nguyen Tri Doan, Nguyen Thanh Huy, Pham Thanh Loc, Huynh Ba Tho, Tran Phuong Quang, etc.

 

Together they will play “Carmen” by G. Bizet.

 

“We are very eager because this will be the largest-ever guitar show in Vietnam. This is also a rare chance for guitarists to exchange,” said Nguyen Thanh Huy, chief of the Phu Nhuan Classic Guitar Club.

 

Proceeds from tickets will be donated to flood victims in the central region.

 

The show will take place on November 23 and 30 at the Phu Nhuan Cultural Centre. The audience will have a chance to enjoy solo, duo, trio performances and classical and modern music.
