Six Vietnamese fishermen on a fishing boat from Cam Lam district in Khanh Hoa province saw the adrift speed-boat on the early morning of February 9, with two foreigners on board who were not conscious.

"At first I thought they were dead, but when we checked they were still alive. We took them to our boat and fed them hot milk and instant noodles and they gradually regained consciousness," said a fisherman named Nguyen.

The fishermen informed local authorities of the incident and took the two foreigners to the coast of Bai Dai in Cam Lam district at 1:30 pm on the same day.

The two foreigners, Klagv Vitor Vaxileta, 56, and Bagetxki Denix Alexangrvir, 33, said they were Russian citizens.
