Phat will first play Joran Kweekel of the Netherlands on Thursday in the qualifying round.

Minh who just won the title at the Ha Noi International Challenge last weekend is No 1 seed.

He will compete against Belgian Maxime Moreelsin in the first match of the main round on Friday.
