Vietnam reaffirmed its strong commitment to multilateralism, with the UN playing a central role in global governance, and emphasized the importance of the UN General Assembly as the principal body representing all member states.

Mr. To Lam also highlighted Vietnam’s willingness to foster tripartite agricultural cooperation, with Vietnam providing expertise, technology, and seeds to developing nations like Cameroon, where Philemon Yang once served as Prime Minister.
