VietNamNet Bridge – On March 3, Police of Hoai An District in the central province of Binh Dinh announced the investigation results of a gold theft, which surprised everyone.
The gold theft occurred at the home of Mr. Dinh Van Du, 36, in Bok Go commune, Hoai An district.
According to Du, he had over 1.2 taels of gold, kept in a cloth bag and hidden in the wall of his house. The gold suddenly disappeared, so Du reported to the local police of this gold theft.
After examining the scene, the police said that no theft occurred. Then the police and the family searched for the gold and they discovered that the "culprits" are mice.
Mice carried the gold bag to their cave.
Getting back the lost gold, Du was extremely excited.
