VietNamNet Bridge – Unlicensed telecommunications operators offering overseas services from Viet Nam will be fined VND70-100 million (US$3,400-4,800), according to Decree 83 issued by the Government this week.

Those who monopolise the market by offering telecom services at a price much lower than that on the market will be fined VND30-50 million ($1,400-2,400).
