Luis Suarez scored twice to send Uruguay to a 2-0 victory over Peru and into the Copa America final.

Uruguay, the World Cup semifinalist and 14-time Copa America winner, will take on either Paraguay or Venezuela in Sunday's final.

Suarez opened the scoring in the 53rd minute as he sent a rebound to the open net.

He shook off defenders to score his second goal five minutes later.

Peru was one man short as Juan Vargas was red-carded in the 69th minute.
