VietNamNet Bridge – The Empty Pockets, a four-piece rock band from Chicago, will perform in HCM City on December 24, 25 and 26 to raise funds to support nutrition for poor children in Viet Nam.

Formed in 2006, the band has released two albums and two extended plays – one of which features holiday songs. They have toured in the US, Mexico and Canada.
Vietnamese rock band WhiteNoiz will appear with the band on December 24 at Saigon Ranger, and veteran singers Cam Van and Khac Trieu and young band The Minor Triad will play on December 25 at Van's Unforgettable.
A free concert will be held at MPU Music School on December 26 accompanied by the school's musicians and singer Thuy Long.
All ticket sales will be donated to the Aid for Kids' nutrition project in Viet Nam.
