VietNamNet Bridge – Viet Nam are competing in Group B of the 2017 Asian Football Confederation’s Beach Football Championship. Other teams making up the group are reigning champions Iran and Chinese Taipei.

Meanwhile, 10 other squads are divided into groups A, C and D. The top two teams from each group will advance to the quarter-final round.

The tournament will be held in the United Arab Emirates in January. Viet Nam will first play Chinese Taipei on January 23 at Jumeirah Beach.

The top three teams in the championship will then qualify for the World Cup.
