VietNamNet Bridge - VietJet Air has launched a duty free service on its flights from Vietnam to Singapore and Bangkok (Thailand) and vice versa to become the first Vietnamese airline offering duty free shopping on board. 

To celebrate the launch of new service, VietJet offers a 30% discount off all in-flight goods from July 22 through August 22. The first customers will also have opportunities to win some wonderful gifts valued up to VND500,000 ($25).

Passengers will be able to browse VietJet’s duty free catalogue to view hundreds of luxury items such as perfume, cosmetics, wine, and jewelry of famous brands. All products available on VietJet’s flights are authentic and sold in line with international duty free standards. Customers can pay by the US dollar, Vietnamese dong, Singaporean dollar, Thai baht, Taiwanese dollar and Malaysian ringgit.
