On January 6, a press event was held in Ho Chi Minh City to announce the 2025 editions of Miss Supranational Vietnam and Mister Supranational Vietnam.
The event also introduced the country’s representatives for the international Miss Supranational and Mister Supranational competitions: Vo Cao Ky Duyen and Ha Quang Trung.
Introducing Vietnam's 2025 pageant representatives
Vo Cao Ky Duyen, born in 2005, stands 1.75 meters tall and has measurements of 84-60-97 cm. She is currently a student at Vietnam Maritime University and was crowned Miss Tourism Vietnam Global 2024, surpassing 39 other contestants.
Ha Quang Trung, who is 1.84 meters tall and weighs 78 kg, holds an IELTS score of 8.0 and graduated from the International University under Vietnam National University, Ho Chi Minh City. He works as a model and a marketing specialist for a multinational corporation.
Both representatives aim to bring Vietnam to new heights on the global stage, with the goal of winning Miss Supranational 2025 and securing a top-five spot in Mister Supranational 2025.
Leadership transition and new plans
Pham Duy Khanh has taken over as the national director and head of the organizing committee for Miss Supranational Vietnam 2025, Mister Supranational Vietnam 2025, and Miss Earth Vietnam 2025.
Khanh explained that Truong Ngoc Anh, the former director, stepped down due to her busy schedule with other commitments. As the new leader, Khanh is determined to achieve high placements at the international competitions.
Ky Duyen, despite her youthful energy and potential, needs to improve her English communication skills. She will continue training to present herself confidently at the international stage in July.
Miss Earth Vietnam 2025: A focus on environmental advocacy
The Miss Earth Vietnam 2025 pageant will be hosted across three cities: Hai Phong, Hanoi, and Ho Chi Minh City. It will incorporate environmental activities such as beach cleanups, canal restoration, tree planting, and social welfare programs in Hai Phong to raise awareness about environmental protection.
The semifinal and final rounds are scheduled for June 21 and June 28, respectively, in Hai Phong, and will be broadcast live on VTV3.
Beyond the crown, the newly crowned Miss Earth Vietnam will assume the role of Environmental Ambassador for Hai Phong in 2025.
