In Vietnam, the government is stepping up digital transformation to create greater breakthroughs in the country’s socio-economic development.
The National Committee for Digital Transformation led by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh has formulated a work plan for this year, aiming to enhance the responsibility of organisations and individuals, especially leaders of state agencies at all levels in digital transformation, and to effectively implement goals and tasks set out in the National Digital Transformation Programme to 2025 with a vision towards 2030.
Other efforts include e-government development strategies relating to a digital government and a strategy for developing both the digital economy and a digital society.
