Investor of 5.82-trillion-VND Quang Tri airport named

The Quang Tri People's Committee has recently issued a decision approving the selection of the investor for a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) airport construction project worth over 5.82 trillion VND (239.408 million USD).

Domestic airlines plan to receive new aircraft this year

The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam has made a proposal to the Ministry of Transport allowing domestic airlines to add more aircraft this year in a bid to meet people’s increasing travel demand and to take advantage of market recovery globally.

Domestic airfare caps may increase from mid-2023

The Ministry of Transport plans to revise up the caps on domestic airfares from the second or third quarter of this year, in which the upper ticket price limit on the 850-1,000-kilometer routes would inch up by over 6%.
