The delegation of the High Command of Vietnam Coast Guard, led by Major General Bui Quoc Oai - Political Commissar of the Vietnam Coast Guard visited, inspected and worked with the Center for Professional Skills Training and Fostering of Vietnam Coast Guard.

At the meeting with the delegation, Colonel Dam Duc Hoan - Director of the Center for Professional Skill Training and Fostering of Vietnam Coast Guard reported on the results of the mission, the advantages and disadvantages of the Center in the recent time.
Accordingly, over the past time, the Center has organized 05 courses on primary technical training; cooperated with academies and schools inside and outside the Army to train and foster officers and employees of the Vietnam Coast Guard; served training classes, competitions, sports games and other tasks assigned by the High Command of Vietnam Coast Guard ... The Center faces some certain difficulties such as lack of practice training field, materials for research and teaching on professional skills, especially the contingent of staff and teachers are in shortage compared with the approved payroll.

Highly praising the achievements and results of the implementation of the tasks that the Party Committee of the Board of Directors, staff, teachers and soldiers of the Center have tried and overcome difficulties to achieve over the years, the Political Commissar of the Vietnam Coast Guard requested the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Center to continue to thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the instructions, resolutions and plans of the Party Committee of the High Command of Vietnam Coast Guard; to focus on leadership, directing the unit to well fulfill the set tasks and targets; to well implement the tasks of education - training, scientific research and other aspects of work, building the Center as a comprehensively strong unit to create a position and reputation in the Vietnam Coast Guard forces.
The center was also requested to continue to advise and propose to the Party Committee, the Head of the High Command of Vietnam Coast Guard and the Drafting Board on the construction and completion of the project on reorganizing the Center according to the plan and upgrading the training program in accordance with the development roadmap of center.
