The team is now 4th in Southeast Asia and 29th in Asia. Its only match in July was its friendly against Arsenal.

Thailand leads Southeast Asia, rising one ranking to 137th in the world, followed by the Philippines (141th) and Singapore (155th).

Japan, at 37th in the world, is comfortably on top of the Asian region. Australia (46th) and Iran (52nd) are second and third, the Republic of Korea is in fourth (56th in the world), and Uzbekistan round’s out Asia’s top five (59th in the world).

Spain remains the world’s best nation with 1,484 points, followed by Germany, Colombia, Argentina, and the Netherlands.

The next FIFA rankings will be announced on September 12.
