Twelve Estonian companies joined an Estonia-Vietnam business seminar in Ho Chi Minh City on April 23, part of the official visit of Estonian Foreign Minister Margus Tsahkna, as the two countries seek to deepen trade and investment ties.
Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s spouse Le Thi Bich Tran presented a mosaic of the Estonian Prime Minister and his wife crafted from nearly 2,000 pieces of fabric to the Estonian lady.

The two nations signed a cooperation deal to jointly develop digital infrastructure, innovation, and workforce training.
PM Pham Minh Chinh proposed collaboration with Tallinn’s port authorities, urging partnerships in technology, infrastructure investment, and expertise sharing to advance Vietnam’s port system in the spirit of mutual benefits.
At the event, the Vietnamese Government leader thanked Estonia for its support during Vietnam's past struggle for national liberation and reunification as well as ongoing nation-building endeavours.
