VietNamNet Bridge – Vietnam’s aerobic team won three gold medals at the Suzuki World Cup 2018 FIG World Cup Series Tokyo International Finals, which concluded in Tokyo on Sunday.

Trio Huynh Tien Phuoc, Nguyen Khanh Hung and Nguyen Ngoc Anh Vy scored 19.600 points to take the first gold in the 15-17 years category.

They were followed by the Hungarian team and their teammates Nguyen Vo Quynh Nhu, Thai Trinh Hong Phu and Truong Ngoc Diem Hang.

The second gold went to the trio of Nguyen Viet Anh, Vuong Hoai An and Tran Ngoc Thuy Vi in the above 18 category. They were given 22.077 points for their performance.

Hungary and Russia were in the second and third positions, respectively.

The group of five Nguyen Viet Anh, Vuong Hoai An, Tran Ngoc Thuy Vi, Nguyen Che Thanh and Le Hoang Phong topped the above 18 category.

They bested China and Bulgaria squads with an outstanding performance that received 22.277 points from the judges.

The Vietnamese athletes also won two silver and four bronze medals at the annual tournament.

It was a big step for the team compared to last year when they bagged one gold, four silver and two bronze medals.
