Vietnam Int’l Fashion Tour launched to promote VN culture & tourism

The Vietnam International Fashion Tour (VIFT) will be organized in 5 provinces in 2022-2023, including: Quang Ninh, Lao Cai, Hanoi, Hoa Binh, and Ninh Binh.

At the launching ceremony on June 4, the organizers announced the highlights of the fashion show series that aim at promoting Vietnam's culture and tourism.

The event will consist of three fashion shows each year which are due to take place in Quang Ninh Province on August 28, 2022, Lao Cai Province on October 30, 2022, Hanoi on December 25, 2022 & December 31, 2023, Hoa Binh Province on June 25, 2023, and Ninh Binh Province on August 27, 2023.

VIFT journey will stop in 5 provinces in 2022 and 2023 including: Quang Ninh (August 28, 2022), Lao Cai (October 30, 2022), Hanoi (December 25, 2022 - December 31st, 2020). 2023), Hoa Binh (June 25, 2023), Ninh Binh (August 27, 2023).

As many as 8 shows will be organized with the participation of 40 designers and 1,000 models. VIFT will also have a series of activities such as: the charity program "Go to school with me", a contest on model casting, experience show to learn the traditional cultural values ​​of the nation and others.

This is the first fashion project in Vietnam that will apply virtual reality technology, the organizers said.

The VIFT will be jointly organised by Voyage Group, IEX Group, and S Designer House.

Each show is set to take place at a famous tourist destination, helping to promote images of local culture and tourism to global audience.
