State President Luong Cuong will preside over a ceremony to kick off the signing of the United Nations Convention against Cybercrime, which will take place on October 25 - 26 in Hanoi.

The event will be attended by UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, along with high-ranking leaders from countries and representatives from regional and international organisations, according the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
