In the data center sector, the two companies plan to explore joint development opportunities, bringing together CMC's infrastructure and operational capabilities in Vietnam with LOTTE Innovate's industry experience and established customer network.

For EV charging infrastructure, the partnership will explore the development of charging networks, covering equipment, technology platforms, supporting infrastructure and operational services. The initiative is expected to contribute to the expansion of sustainable mobility solutions.

In cybersecurity, CMC and LOTTE Innovate will look for opportunities to address growing demand for stronger digital protection, helping businesses safeguard their systems and data while reducing information security risks.

Cooperation in offshore technology services will draw on CMC's pool of skilled technology professionals and international service delivery capabilities, alongside LOTTE Innovate's customer relationships and knowledge of the South Korean market. The two sides aim to provide high-quality technology services to clients in South Korea and other international markets.

Meanwhile, their work in cloud computing will focus on encouraging wider cloud adoption among Vietnamese businesses, supporting efforts to modernize IT infrastructure and advance digital transformation.

Mr. Minh Tran Van, CEO of CMC Korea, described the agreement as an important step in strengthening technology ties between Vietnam and South Korea.

"Our partnership with LOTTE Innovate is more than a step in CMC's global expansion strategy. It reflects the growing role of CMC Korea in connecting Vietnam's technology capabilities with Korea's leading corporations," he said.
