The grand finale took place on the evening of June 28 at Ho Guom Opera House in Hanoi, bringing together 20 contestants representing countries and territories from around the world.
Soe Myintzu Lwin claimed the crown, while Vietnam's Nguyen Tran Ha Linh finished as second runner-up.

Contestants from Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, the Czech Republic, Finland, Georgia, Honduras, Hong Kong (China), India, Japan, Mexico, Mongolia, Morocco, Myanmar, the Philippines, Russia, Thailand, Ukraine, the United States and Vietnam competed through multiple rounds before the winner was announced.
Soe Myintzu Lwin outperformed 19 contestants to win the title. In addition to the crown, she also received the Best Body award.
Born on November 23, 2003, she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Fashion Design and Marketing from the University of Sunderland at MDIS Singapore, where she studied from 2022 to 2025. She currently works as a fashion designer and is pursuing a master's degree.

During the final question-and-answer round, Soe Myintzu Lwin was asked: "If you could use the Miss Multicultural World title to launch a global initiative, what issue would you choose and why?"
Responding in English, she said that if crowned, she would launch a worldwide initiative called "Connecting Cultures" to promote greater understanding among different cultures through education, youth exchange programmes and community activities.
"Today, many conflicts around the world stem from misunderstanding, prejudice and fear of differences. I believe that when we truly learn about one another's cultures, traditions and values, we build respect instead of barriers," she said.
She also expressed her hope of working with schools, community organisations and international partners to encourage young people from different countries to share their stories, celebrate their cultural identities and collaborate on meaningful projects.
"I believe peace begins with understanding, and understanding begins with dialogue. If I can inspire even one person to embrace diversity wholeheartedly, then I believe I will have made a meaningful contribution to the world," she added.

The organisers also announced the remaining titleholders.
