South African representative, Bryoni Govender, is praised for her striking brown skin and excellent stage skills. She previously participated in Miss Universe 2023 and made it to the top 20 finalists.

Notably, Miss Supranational Hong Kong (China), Jo An Ma, lost points due to her pale makeup.

Appearing in the last group, Lydie Vu confidently displayed her toned body and long, smooth hair. Standing at an impressive height of 1.76m and boasting experience from fashion shows, the Vietnamese representative dominated the stage with her captivating performance skills.

In the evening gown segment, Lydie Vu, born in 1993, exhibited elegance and luxurious catwalk steps in a meticulously beaded metallic gold dress by designer Nguyen Minh Tuan. The design was inspired by the image of a butterfly breaking out of its cocoon.

Most contestants invested heavily in their costumes and accessories for the evening gown competition. The dresses varied from body-hugging to flowing styles, all meticulously crafted to help each contestant shine under the spotlight.

Contestants from Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, South Africa, Thailand, Brazil, and the United States were particularly praised for their performance skills, promising strong competition in the finals.

Miss Supranational 2022 2nd Runner-up, Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen, appeared as a judge, wearing a bold, low-cut design by Nguyen Minh Tuan.

Following the two semi-final nights of Miss Supranational and Mister Supranational 2024, Kim Duyen and the other judges will conduct closed interviews to learn more about the personalities and aspirations of the contestants.

"As a judge, I have the responsibility to fairly evaluate the performance and brilliance of the contestants on stage. I have seen and noted some outstanding factors performing well in the semi-final night, and I look forward to learning more in the closed interview round. Being a judge in an international competition is a very interesting experience in my journey in the beauty industry," shared Kim Duyen.

The finals of Mister Supranational 2024 will be held on July 4, followed by the finals of Miss Supranational 2024 on July 6.
