A set of postage stamps to celebrate the 100th birth anniversary of Giap Van Cuong (1921-1990) - the first admiral of the Vietnam Navy – known as the "General of Truong Sa (Spratly)”, has been issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
The Ministry of Information and Communications will launch a set of four stamps featuring native Vietnamese chickens on August 25.
