Men’s Futures are professional tournaments of the International Tennis Federation (ITF). This will be the first time Vietnam to host three events of the Men’s Futures, at three places: the Tanimex Tennis Club (April 2-8), Hoang Thien Tennis Club (April 9-15) and Phu Tho Tennis Club (April 16-22).

By March 28, a total of 281 players from 52 countries registered for the events. Based on the ITF’s rankings, the organizing board has defined 18 players who do not have to compete in the qualifier round. A French player, Clement Reix, who ranks 461st in the world, will be the first seed.

At the Men’s Future 1, three Vietnamese players – Do Minh Quan, Nguyen Hoang Thien and Le Quoc Khanh – will receive special cards to enter the major round.

Men’s Futures is considered an indispensable door for anyone that wishes to become a professional tennis player.

The 2012 Men’s Futures presents a golden opportunity for young Vietnamese players to learn tactics from international stars and win a wild card to enter the world of professional competition.

The total bonus for each event of the Men’s Futures in HCM City is $10,000.
