VietNamNet Bridge – Viet Nam will take part in friendly matches with Indonesia as a warm-up for November’s ASEAN Football Federation (AFF) Cup.

The matches will be spread over two legs in a home and away format, however the dates have not yet been confirmed.

Indonesia are in Group A with Thailand, the Philipines and Singapore. Viet Nam are in Group B with Malaysia, Myanmar and a winner from the qualification.

As planned, Viet Nam will gather for training on September 24. They then have a friendly with North Korea on October 8 before leaving for a two-week training course in South Korea.

It is expected that the Viet Nam vs Indonesia game will be in early November.

The Cup is organised on November 19 to December 17 in Myanmar and the Philippines.
