With 14 sports on offer, the regional games is scheduled to take place in Cambodia from May 29 to June 9.
Aside from the 121 athletes in the team, the Vietnamese delegation will also include 17 coaches, three doctors, and 14 cadres.
They will compete across eight sports, namely athletics, swimming, powerlifting, badminton, table tennis, chess, judo, and boccia.
A send-off ceremony for the delegation is expected to take place on May 25 at the National Sports Training Centre in Ho Chi Minh City.
A flag-raising ceremony is due to take place on June 1, whilst an opening ceremony for the games will be held in Cambodia two days later.
Vietnamese players aim to finish among the Top 3 in the medal tally at ASEAN Para Games 2023.
The 12th ASEAN Para Games will be a big test for disabled Vietnamese athletes ahead of their competitions at the Asian Para Games 2023 in China and the Paralympic Games 2024 in France.
