VietNamNet Bridge – Ngoc Thach, the Golden Prize winner of Vietnam Supermodel 2010, will participate in the Miss Earth 2011 pageant.
The model is waiting for the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism’s approval. Her portrait is now on the website of the Miss Earth 2011 pageant.

Ngoc Thach was born in 1991 in the southern province of Hau Giang. She is a student of the HCM City-based Hong Bang University. She was the winner of the Vietnam Supermodel 2010 competition.

Last year, Ngoc Thach (1.75m, 82-61-92) competed at the Miss Model of the World. She entered the top ten and won the Best in Evening Gown title.

Ngoc Thach is learning English to prepare for the Miss Earth pageant.

Miss Earth is among the most prestigious beauty contests in the world. The pageant aims to select the representative for environmental protection activities.

Last year the pageant was held in Nha Trang city, Vietnam. Vietnamese contestant – Diem Huong – ranked 14th and won the “Best in Swimsuit” title. This year the pageant will take place in Bangkok, Thailand in December.

The pageant’s website has introduced 32 contestants.
