The Minister also stated that Vietnam will officially deploy 6G. Vietnam is one of the first 10 countries in the world to have a 6G Steering Committee. The frequency will be licensed by the Ministry of Information and Communications possibly in 2028 before the commercialization of 6G.

Vietnam’s telecommunication industry needs a second innovation after 30 years. Telecommunications infrastructure becomes digital infrastructure. This renovation will take the innovative spirit of the first period, and infrastructure must be first. Telecommunications and digital infrastructure must be in the leading group of countries in the world, entering the top 30 by 2025.
