Vietnamese air carriers to provide hotlines
The Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam (CAAV) has instructed the
Airports Corporation of Vietnam (ACV) and domestic airlines to build and
provide hotline services at all airports where they operate.

The hotline numbers will be posted on the website www.caa.gov.vn.
Since July 2014, the CAAV has operated a system of hotlines of the agency and all regional airport authorities from all airports nationwide. The hotline numbers are published on the official website of CAAV and on every airport’s website.
