The 39-year-old began her career early in college when she was asked to be a full-time desk editor at KRIV-TV. She transitioned to other television shows as an anchor and reporter and then returned to KRIV-TV. After that, she spent three years reporting for WGCL-TV in Atlanta before joining KHOU.
