The mock-up car made of wood has been a hot topic of discussions on automobile forums. The information and images of the car have spread through the netizen community.

In a letter to billionaire Elon Musk, the owner of Tesla, ND-WoodArt said he is a person with a passion for creativity who has a love of wood-made cars, and is a fan of Tesla’s young CEO.

He knows that Tesla has recently had to face challenges in realizing the Cybertruck electric pickup program, but the artist from Vietnam still expressed his belief that the project will succeed.

ND-WoodArt hopes that he can give the wooden Cybertruck model to the American billionaire as a gift, to show his admiration and belief in the entire Tesla Group.

The post of ND-WoodArt on X (formerly Twitter) which is also owned by Elon Musk, attracted 577,000 views, 4,900 likes, 784 shares and over 400 comments within two days, showing admiration for the talent and dedication of this artisan.

Prior to that, in March 2023, Dao introduced the wooden mock-up of Audi Skyphere Concept.

An Audi representative contacted Dao and expressed the manufacturer’s admiration and thanks to the Vietnamese artisan. Dao was also invited to visit Audi’s design center in Germany.

Tesla’s automobile models are present in the Vietnamese market. Among reasonable models in Vietnam is Tesla Model 3, according to opinions on automobile forums.  Heyoto commented that the model ‘borrows’ some designs from Model S and SUV Model X, but has specific characteristics with original interior decor and a car roof made of glass.

Buyers who pay attention to distance traveled will be satisfied with Tesla Model 3 as the electric sedan can travel 531 kilometers after a full charging and can run 0-100 kilometers per hour within 3.4 seconds with a maximum speed of 261 kilometer per hour.
