VietNamNet Bridge – Vietnamese goldsmiths have spent nearly six months to decorate an iPhone 3GS with a dragon of the Ly Dynasty, nearly 590 diamonds and 4 taels of 18K gold.

They make the artwork at the order of a Vietnamese client.

It took goldsmiths of the Golden Ace Company over four months to design and two months to make.

They use 585 natural diamonds and one red ruby to inlay the dragon.

The cost of materials for this iPhone is estimated at VND300 million ($15,000).

The cell phone was handed over to the client last week.
